Hi, I’m Teresa
As a functional medicine certified health coach, I support women over 50 who are struggling with a bloated belly and a lack of energy. They are the women who have closets filled with different size clothes because they don't know what size they will wear from day to day. They are the women who hit the vending machine in the afternoon because they don't have the energy to make "healthier" choices.
I became a health coach because I have experienced these same challenges and know first hand how it feels to struggle with digestion problems, fatigue, headaches, anxiety, mood swings and our changing bodies after turning 50.

1 – When does the 5-Day Jumpstart start?
Once you have the opportunity to review the Daily Guide, Meal Ideas, and Shopping List, you will be ready to begin your Jumpstart on the date that works best for you.
2 – Who is this for?
Essentially, it’s for anyone who’s tired of being tired, bloating and moody all the time and who wants to rediscover what feeling GOOD actually feels like.
3 – What’s included?
The 5-Day Jumpstart includes a course guide and meal ideas to help you get the most out of our 5 days together.
In addition, you’ll get access to my private community, where you can connect with the other participants.
4 – What if I'm traveling or otherwise unavailable during those dates?
It depends. If you're backpacking through Europe, getting married or having a baby...this probably isn't the right time for you. But if it's a simple business trip or your birthday happens to fall in the middle of our 5 days, we can work around that. In fact, it can be incredibly beneficial to learn how to navigate an "imperfect" schedule and still take care of yourself.
5 – Is the 5-Day Jumpstart safe while breastfeeding or pregnant?
It is safe but not recommended during pregnancy. You have enough going on. Nursing moms are welcome as long as you are getting adequate sleep.
6 – What if I'm gluten-free, dairy-free or have other dietary restrictions?
No problem. The principles of the 5-Day Jumpstart apply to everyone. However, some recipes may not apply to you.
7 – I did 1:1 coaching. How is this different?
It's shorter, it's sassier, it's less restrictive and the recipes are all new!
8 – What happens after I buy?

Well, that depends on what you consider a “significant change.”
